We recently purchased a condo in Blue Mountain Beach during the COVID crisis. This caused some logistical issues due to our not being able to be physically present during the process. Andy and his team did a great job in taking on a lot of the burden in meeting inspectors, lining up contractors, etc. They also worked seamlessly with the closing agent and lender to make the process as smooth as possible. Then after the closing, they have been very helpful in recommending trustworthy contractors as needed. I would highly recommend Andy and his team to anyone looking to purchase property in the area.
