Andy McAlexander truly did an outstanding job for us in finding our property in Seagrove Beach. He was so very helpful right from our initial conversation even though we had never met. We live out of the country and were interested in new construction on the beach on 30A. Andy had been mentioned to me by a business contact, so I gave him a call. He researched possibilities and we quickly narrowed over the phone on several. He was able to visit the construction site of our top option, video the site, spoke to the contractor directly and gave us a FaceTime call while there! Andy is super connected and was able to answer myriads of questions that we had about beach, development, area, etc. He offered his own personal insight and we very much appreciated his knowledge and advice. We were able to schedule a trip not too long after these “virtual” meetings to see the property with Andy. It actually became an easy decision for us to pull the trigger with all of the pre-work that Andy had accomplished. Closing and legal work were helpfully connected via Andy as well. The process was very professional and easily handled virtually entirely remotely. Andy followed our construction and kept an ongoing dialogue with the developer and assisted us greatly in sorting out some small things as construction progressed. We are very happy to recommend Andy if you are looking for dreams on 30A…Oh, and by the way, Andy knows his restaurants as well!!
